Here is your official photographic documentation of The Zen of Drumming. Most of these shots have been extracted from the actual ZOD footage, although we did throw in a few "behind-the-scenes" shots for you to check out, as well. Enjoy...

It's all about the angles...and here are a few different ones from one of four different extended, in-studio solos that Bobby delivers for The Zen of Drumming. (ZOD was a five camera shoot...)

These angles also come in handy for many of the video's multi-angle shots, as seen above, where the viewer enjoys a rare vantage point of "The Rock Man" in action. Here, Bobby solos over a "rather difficult" and complex multi-pedal ostinato with the feet!

In addition to the instructional setting above, the split screen concept is used throughout the vid as seen during solos (below left) as well as songs (below right).

Here's a shot from "the temple," which is a reoccurring location in the video where Bobby sets up the various sections and shares a variety of interesting concepts and inspiring "food for thought." Below is the main "instructional" setting where Bobby explains and demonstrates things.

Onscreen graphics (as seen in the shot to the right) were brought in to illustrate key sticking ideas throughout the vid.

Tunes? You know it. Bobby plays three tracks from his incredible Out of Body CD, then breaks down each one from either the Mind, Body or Spirit perspective. Here are some frame grabs from "Far Journeys."
